Living History · Education · Fellowship
The mission of The Alliance of Applied Military History Museums is, through the medium of living history, to build a framework and network of autonomous living history groups working together to promote and enhance the study and education of military history.
Member units maintain their autonomy to govern their own affairs and pursue objectives or conduct events independent of The Alliance.
The Alliance is dedicated to honouring the service and sacrifice of those who served and is mandated to plan, coordinate, and conduct historical events spanning all eras of military history, with particular emphasis on the Second World War. These activities include membership meetings, lectures, static displays, living history demonstrations, and public battle reenactments.
